24-25 Middle School Bus Sign Up Form

Good afternoon, Middle School families,

IN ORDER TO MAKE SURE WE HAVE ENOUGH BUSES FOR THE YEAR, WE ARE ASKING STUDENTS SEEKING SCHOOL BUS TRANSPORTATION TO REGISTER. ANY CHANGES CAN BE MADE AS NEEDED.

Reminder: middle school students are eligible to ride the bus if they live MORE THAN 2 MILES away from the school. Additionally, students will only be able to ride the school bus to which they are assigned to be transported from "home to school" and "school to home;" we do not have enough room on buses to accommodate social visits. 

****Buses to the Medford Public Library will be available on a space-available basis during inclement weather. Space availability will be determined after the start of the school year. (Please also note that the Library is inside the 2 mile limit).

Please see your school’s handbook (on the website) for bus riding rules. Only student bus riders may board the bus.

Please remember that school dismissal time 2:15pm; please plan accordingly. (On early release days, dismissal is at 11:30 and you will be notified.)
