Dental Care In-School Dental Prevention Program

Dear McGlynn Middle School Parents and Caregivers,

For the past several years, we have been partnering with the DentaCare In-School Dental Prevention Program. This program is a school-based dental program that offers dental screenings, sealants, fluoride varnish, and referrals to dentists in the community. All services are provided at NO COST to students and their families. 

We will once again be offering these screenings in the privacy of our school nursing suite on Friday, September 19th. Please note the following:

- All services are provided by licensed dental hygienists 

- Students will receive a letter about services provided

- All students’ medical information will always remain confidential

- All participants will receive a “goody bag” with dental supplies after their visit 

If you are interested in having your student(s) screened during school on Friday, September 19th please complete this online consent form below by this Friday, September 12th or you can complete the hard copy registration form that will be sent home with students tomorrow. 

If you do not complete the form above, your student(s) will not be screened.
